Current news in the Dubric-verse!
Now available for pre-order, Linen Maid’s Choice will ship on December 10th and it’ll bring the opening portion of the Classic episodes to a close. The next classic three-episode series begins in March.
Every Dubric ebook for release next year is up for Kindle pre-orders. Most have placeholder cover art, but that’s eight more titles in the queue. Wooohooo! We’ll release more information about each episode as their full versions are uploaded.
Happy Thanksgiving Special News!
SPORE will be re-released in TWO WEEKS! I’m not going to do a lot of publicity for it—it’s been published twice before from other publishers—but it’ll be a nice break from Dubric and one more book in the Tambo Jones list. If you don’t have it yet, it’ll be available in paper and kindle exclusive on Nov 26th. Maybe we’ll run a turkey day special. 😉
Morgan and Audio
We’re still awaiting final audio for MORGAN’S RUN with the totally amazing narrative artist Jessica Link and are looking to re-release the book in all formats this January or February.
We’ve sent in the manuscript for WEIGHT OF THE CASTELLAN’S CURSE for its audio treatment and do not (yet) have a likely release date. We’ll send in followup manuscripts as the audio artist requests them and we’re still working out the release schedule but I’m hoping to get at least the first three episodes (Castellan’s Curse, Protection of the Holy Knights, and Lord Apparent’s Razor) out in audio by March or April, with the others to follow every few weeks.
Talks have also begun about SPORE’s audiobook, but we don’t have a definite release date yet. It’s looking like 2020 will be a very Audible year!
I have nearly completed line-edits for A SCOURGE OF DEMON METAL, Dubric’s April release, and it’s looking pretty awesome!
Bill and I discussed the North Iowa Book Bash today and we’re trying to figure out how many books to order for the event. With seven Dubric titles (maybe eight if we do an ‘available before release day’ print run of Scourge of Demon Metal), plus SPORE and Morgan’s Run, that’s nine or ten books on one table. Here’s hoping my request for an upgrade to a full table comes through.
I think that’s everything! Have a great week, everyone! {{hugs}}
